Eva Van Horn joins our team with compassion and training for people facing trauma
Eva is a Bayview resident with extensive experience working with people at a variety of human services nonprofits, including Hamilton Family Center, Tenderloin Housing Clinic, Urban Services YMCA, St. Mary’s Medical Center, and Alternative Family Services.
At Open Door Legal, Eva will be working with clients that have barriers preventing them from receiving our legal services. She will be providing counseling and clinical case management to help clients successfully complete their legal cases. Eva’s work will range anywhere from working with a client that has anger issues impacting their ability to participate in court to a client that is currently struggling with depression as a result of their case.
Eva received a BA from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. In her spare time, she hangs out with her family, explores San Francisco, and goes out to brunch.
