Joseph came to our office looking for a way to move forward. In 2012 and 2013, Joseph received multiple traffic court tickets which accumulated to a large amount of unpaid fines. This resulted in the court putting a hold on his license which made it that much more difficult for him to find a job.

Our attorneys filed a petition to have the hold removed. Joseph also took the initiative to find a job and he received a job offer letter proving to the court how vital having his license back would be. The court decided to remove the hold and Joseph started a payment plan to pay for the outstanding fines with his new income.

Joseph was able to join the workforce again providing him a stable economic foundation to move forward.
